- 1 unbaked pie crust shell
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown meat and drain off fat. Stir in 1/2 tsp salt, oregano, pepper, crumbs, onion and tomato sauce. Pour into pie shell.
Beat egg and milk together. Add remaining salt, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Add cheese. Pour on top of meat in pie shell.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serves 6-8
