I don't claim to be a foodie or even a half decent chef (why the "zest" of a lemon? Why not use the juice from that cute mini plastic lemon you've had in the fridge for 2 years?). I try my best to carry on the tradition of preparing a deliciously amazing meal while looking stunning and having it all ready when the hungry men get home. Yeah, right. I work full-time, am at church 3 times a week and have this thing called a life. If anybody needs simple, it's me. But I decided to learn to cook and I'm going to do it even if I give my husband food poisoning and burn the house down in the process!
