Doug always makes me really good hot cocoa (you know, with milk instead of water). He even got me Starbucks hot cocoa mix last year in my stocking. :-) I love when he adds Bailey's Irish Cream to it too for a little extra umph.I found a bunch of spiked coffee drinks on Pinterest and thought I'd return the favor for Doug. He really liked this one and I thought maybe other people would too.
- 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- 5 oz hot coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
Mix together and top with whipped cream.
