
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 28 oz beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12-oz package wide egg noodles (twisted/curly)
- 1/4 lb cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
Set the pot on saute and heat. Add olive oil, ground beef, and onion. Saute until brown. Add soup and broth; stir to mix. Add Worcestershire sauce and then add noodles. Lock the lid in place and press manual for 5 minutes
Quick release when timer beeps. Add cream cheese and sour cream; stir until mixed and enjoy.
