- 2 lb chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- cheese, avocado, lime, rice, lettuce optional
Place chicken in pressure cooker. Make sure there's some seasoning and salsa on each piece of chicken. Set pot to manual, 9 minutes. Once the time is up, use the quick release and remove the chicken to shred. Place chicken back in the pot with the sauces and serve.
Use this chicken as part of salads, in tacos, or burrito bowls. Whatever your heart desires.
