The Judges

Meet the judges! Doug, Tyler and I will be making and eating at least one recipe a week. Sometimes we'll have wonderful guest judges and cooks and I'm more than happy to take suggestions or volunteers! I will post our thoughts about the ease of preparation and tastiness of the end product along with any thoughts we may have had about improvising and tweaking.

The best thing to come out of this blog is the fact that now Tyler is taking over some meals on his own. He still might request a "sous chef" in the kitchen, but he can handle most things himself. He is also much more willing to try a new ingredient than when we started, even if it's something he thinks he still might dislike. Those onions he used to avoid? Now he eats them raw!

Any time we tag something as "gluten free," it's a recipe that is already gluten free, or can easily be made/substituted with gluten free ingredients (you know what I mean...remove the croutons from the salad and we're good, right?).
