Lemonade and summer go together like.....Fresno and triple-digit heat. I found this recipe and made it for our impromptu 4th of July gathering with some friends. Easy to make, simple ingredients, and great taste! Only problem I ran into with this one was having a blender and pitcher big enough to cleanly fit all the ingredients. I ended up getting a large glass out and pouring some of the mix in there. I blended what easily fit in the blender, stirred in the stuff I left out, poured it back into the extra glass and blended again. That way I didn't have any major chunks leftover. It all worked out in the end, and this went fast!
- 1 can lemonade concentrate
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups ice (more or less depending on the thickness you prefer)
- fresh lemons, optional
Mix first 5 ingredients in blender and mix until no more chunks exist. Garnish with lemons
Serves 6 large glasses
Total time: 7 minutes
