Pineapple Lemonade Party Punch

This was a great recipe for our backyard barbecue. It made plenty for everyone in attendance and I saw several people go back for seconds. I tweaked the recipe a little because I thought it sounded a little pineapple-heavy. The way I ended up mixing it is below and tasted perfect.
  • 2 cups lemonade mix
  • 1 can (46 oz) pineapple juice (can be made from frozen pineapple juice concentrate)
  • 2 liter Sprite (chilled)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • lemon slices, mint leaves (optional garnish)
  • ice
Combine all ingredients together in a punch bowl or pitcher. Add garnish and ice if desired.

NOTES: Someone asked if this has alcohol in it. The original recipe does not, but I bet you could substitute the Sprite with champagne and have sort of a pineapple mimosa. Either that or add vodka for a nice kick.

Serves: 15
Total Time: 5 minutes
