I made this drink for some friends that were coming over the other night and we all liked it. We did say we'd make some tweaks to it if it were to be made again. First thing I noticed is it tasted like I was drinking pure fruit syrup. It was a bit strong (and not in the alcoholic sense). I would suggest increasing the club soda to at least 2 1/2 cups and the vodka to at least 1 cup. I had two glasses and just felt like I was drinking really sweet fruit juice the whole time.
- 1 packet (makes 2 qt drink) Crystal Light Raspberry Ice Flavor Drink Mix
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 2 cups cold club soda
- 6 frozen cranberries
