Trader Joe's Lentil Dip

So apparently this dip is a "thing." People in the know, know it. AKA people who shop at Trader Joe's all the time know it. Super simple, great taste, and you can make it in no time at all. For the TJ's purists out there, I have made a small change to it that I think makes it better. You can try and let me know what you think.

  • Bruschetta sauce (the green one, in the refrigerated section)
  • crumbled feta
  • refrigerated, cooked lentils
  • 1/2 tsp roasted garlic
  • crackers or chips for serving
Pour first four ingredients into a bowl and mix. Serve chilled with chips.

NOTE: I like to let my dips "marinate" a little so I'd make mine the day before and store it in a tupperware, but you totally don't have to. Also, I was eyeballing it on the roasted garlic. We made the dip with the original three ingredients and thought it needed a little something. A friend had a jar of roasted garlic so I just spooned a smidge into the dip and stirred. I think it added just what it needed.

Serves 16

Total Time: 5 minutes

Recipe from Cristina Dudley, and all the other wonderful fans of Trader Joe's out there.
