Yummy! OMG this was a great dessert and so easy to make. It has simple ingredients and you can customize it with whatever nuts or filling you want. I think I might make a mint Oreo version of this one day. I don't even like nuts in my food and I really enjoyed this.
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Whisk the cream and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and pecans. Transfer to pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.
NOTES: You definitely want to set it out on the counter for a bit before serving because it is pretty solid. But that also means it's fairly easy to transport once it's frozen. You don't have to worry about it getting smooshed or sloshing around in a carrying case.
Serves 8
Total Time: 15 minutes plus freezing
