Garlic Pizza Wedges

This was one of those recipes that has a good base, but we should have changed some things. The main thing on this one I would change is getting a crispier crust. I had the choice at the store to get the pan pizza or thin crust pizza. I got pan, because I didn't really think about it. Then my pizza wedges ended up being a bit on the flopsy side. Still tasted good, just not as great as they could have been.

  • 1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 3 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the crust on an ungreased 14-inch pizza pan. In a small owl, combine remaining ingredients and spread over crust. Bake until edges are lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cut into wedges.
