- 2 slices bacon
- 3/4 lb top sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 9 oz chopped leafy romaine lettuce
- 1/2 pint grape tomatoes
- dressing of choice (blue cheese recommended)

Cook bacon in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat for 6 minutes, or until crisp; drain on paper towels and crumble. Rub steak with oil and seasoning; cook in hot drippings 5-6 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
Let steak stand 5 minutes; cut into 1 inch cubes. Combine lettuce, tomatoes and bacon in a serving bowl; top with steak and drizzle with dressing.
Serves 2
