- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cocktail sauce
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 12 oz canned crab meat, drained, flaked, cartilage removed
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
Blend cream cheese with mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, and mustard. Stir in crab, celery, and parsley. Cover; chill thoroughly.
Makes 2 cups
