This was another favorite in our household growing up. I know for a fact that my dad still keeps a supply at all times in the fridge. Personally I like to dip Pringles, but you almost have to use 2 at a time because they are so fragile. My dad's fave is pretzels and Doug and I recently tried sour cream and cheddar cheese chips. I really don't think you can go wrong with this!
- 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- garlic powder
- milk
- your favorite chips!

In a resealable container, add milk by the tablespoon and garlic by the teaspoon to the Neufchatel Cheese. Stir until combined and to taste. Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks (if you haven't eaten it all before then).
NOTES: Make sure the Neufchatel Cheese is a little warm, or at least not fresh out of the refrigerator because you will get massive arm muscles trying to stir it if it's not. Also, I recommend using garlic powder instead of garlic salt because most chips are salted already. Again, it's a recipe you can tweak and make your own. Try adding parsley or onion powder or maybe even red pepper and let me know how it goes.
