Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

This is probably one of the easiest recipes you'll ever try. In the end, it tastes a lot like teriyaki chicken, which is fine, but nothing special. I would definitely say you could serve this with rice, use it over a salad, or even make lettuce wraps with it. Be creative with this super simple, super hands-off, super non-time consuming recipe. Bonus: during hot months, it won't heat up your house!
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloin chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
Combine all ingredients together in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serves 4

Total Time: 8 hours
