As I've found, chicken can be hit or miss. Sometimes those marinades and sauces are just *chef's kiss* and other times it's like the chicken had some ultra strong membrane around it and nothing soaked in before cooking. This one was pretty good!
- 5 skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4-1/3 cup lime juice, according to your taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced, or 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours, or until the chicken is tender but not dry.
